- completely refurbished the whole two bedroom flat
- removed part of a partition wall to make the living room
  and kitchen more open plan
- completely refitted the kitchen, including units and appliances
- added extra lighting in the kitchen and living room
- completely refurbished the bathroom
- tiled the whole bathroom
- fitted new flooring, carpets and laminate
- decorated the whole flat and wallpapered some walls
- refurbished the wooden window frames which were 

  badly damaged and worn throughout the flat
